| The Food Court named ‘SPOON’ was constructed at the Upper level in the 10 Acres City Mall [Big Bazaar] at Raipur Ahmedabad. The project was conceived and initiated by ‘PANTALOONS’ – Owner of Big Bazaar. It’s a place were delicious food of different verities can be availed at competitive rates in a great ambience. Total area of food court was 14000 sqft. Civil, Electrical, HVAC and MEP were included in the scope of PMC. The Job included project planning, preparing master schedule, progress monitoring, co-ordination, quality control, site supervision, verification and certification of bills produced by various agencies, Technical and commercial close out of the project, addressing errors and rectifications within defect liability period. The Architect for the project was M/s. Kiran Kapadia Associates of Mumbai. |
